IMAGINE HAVING THREE DAYS & NIGHTS DEVOTED TO NOTHING BUT YOUR OWN WRITING?

Ripe Fruit Writing wants to give you this opportunity.

A ROOM OF YOUR OWN is a working writer’s retreat --- you might want to think of it as a writing vacation!

You bring the manuscript, the draft, the ideas. We give you the time and the space: the uninterrupted quiet, the privacy of your own room. We give you guidance, focus and momentum. You give each other the best of all gifts: feedback, literary companionship, & mutual support.

At peaceful Santa Sabina in San Rafael, Each writer will have their own room with a desk, bed, sink, closet, reading chair and view of either the courtyard or deerpark.. It is a writer’s dream!
Nothing to do but write. Mornings are for writing. Afternoons are for writing ( or taking country walks). Evenings are for writing (or reading and sharing each other’s work in the gorgeous Pillow Room, discussions about editing & publishing, etc).
